Ask MarketBuddy questions directly from Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI assistants.

MarketBuddy now plugs into the AI tools you already use. Connect MarketBuddy once, then ask questions about commercial listings - by suburb, by postcode, around an address - without leaving your chat window.

Under the hood this uses MCP (Model Context Protocol), an open standard that lets AI assistants safely connect to outside tools and data. You don't need to know how it works to use it; if you can paste a URL, you can connect MarketBuddy.

What you can do

  • Search listings in plain English. "Show me retail listings under 100m² in Melbourne CBD."
  • Get the full story on a property. Ask for description, photos, floor plans, and documents on any listing.
  • Search around a location. "Find office space within 1 km of 123 Collins St."
  • Build market reviews faster. Let your AI assistant pull comps and summarise them while you write.
