What retail listings are currently for lease in Melbourne CBD under 100m²?

Comparable properties for a market review¶

I'm preparing a market review for a 250m² ground floor retail space in Fitzroy.
Pull recent comparable listings and give me a summary table with address, area,
asking price, and listing date.

Find office listings between 100 and 200 square metres in Parramatta, sorted by
listed date. Summarise the price range and average asking price.

Searching around an address¶

Find retail listings within 500 metres of latitude -37.8136, longitude 144.9631

are within 1 km, between 200 and 500 square metres?

Need coordinates?

If you don't know the lat/long, ask your assistant: "What are the coordinates of

?" first, then use them in your MarketBuddy query.

Deep-dives on a single property¶

Tell me everything about MarketBuddy listing 12345 - description, area breakdown,
photos, and any floor plans or documents attached.

I just searched and found a listing I like. Can you fetch the full details,

Multi-step research¶

I need to brief a client on the Melbourne CBD retail market.

1. Pull all retail listings currently advertised for lease in Melbourne CBD.
2. Group them by floor area: under 50m², 50-150m², 150m²+.
3. For each group, give me the price range and median asking rent.
4. Highlight three listings that look like the best value.

Compare retail leasing supply between Melbourne CBD, Fitzroy, and Richmond.
For each suburb give me total listings on market, median asking rent, and
the smallest and largest listings.

Tips for better results¶

Be specific about location. Suburb name, state, or postcode all work - combining them is fine.
Mention units. "Under 100m²", "between $40,000 and $80,000 per year".
Ask for tables. Most assistants will format the response as a tidy comparison table if you ask.
Follow up. Once you've run a search, you can keep asking - "now narrow that to listings posted in the last 30 days" - without restating everything.

What MarketBuddy will not do over MCP¶

It won't change your account, billing, or saved searches.
